He released second album, “Skyline” with an exhibition following up his debut album ‘Dataspace’ released in 2021. He actively participated in preparation of this exhibition, especially the speakers, which go beyond simply playing the music he has composed to directly convey the intent and message of the album through its external elements.
“Skyline EP” depicts various aspects of Seoul that he has observed. Through music that captures the views and emotions of people living in the city of ‘Seoul’, the album showcases the harmony of the beauty and challenges of urban life, offering a glimpse into life within a dynamic environment. Asphalt Asphalt is the material of roads and sidewalks. With its solid property, it supports the multitude of people and wheels in Seoul. This track represents the city’s coldness and warmth. City Report As the title suggests, this track is a report on the city. Through the rapid beat of drums, it expresses the vitality and urgency of the fast-changing city life. Morning Shift It depicts a dark sky on an early morning commute, contrasting with the bright and vustling atmosphere of the city. *Skyline The final and also title track of the album, “Skyline”, was inspired from the dense traffic and lights from billboards. Focusing on the characteristics of the city, both vibrancy and loneliness, the song reflects his personal experiences.
