Working With Friend is a creative group that proposes new cultural experiences through close collaboration with artists. This project brings together seven artists active across Korea and Europe: Jean Jullien, Nicolas Jullien, Thibaud Hérem, Nina Koltchitskaia, Wonwoo Lee, Kigon Kwak, and Jiyong Yoon. Each of their worlds—built through painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture, and photography—is reinterpreted through the design sensibility and craftsmanship of Say Touché.
Say Touché is a contemporary lifestyle brand that explores the boundaries between product and artwork by combining artistic sensibility, design, and both traditional and modern craft techniques, with a focus on a wide range of living objects.
In this collaboration, Say Touché translates the artists’ visual language into textile-based objects through weaving, offering a new way for art to exist within everyday life. Artworks that once existed as flat images are reborn as large woven blankets, expanding beyond the canvas into tactile, spatial lifestyle objects that can wrap the body or define a space. Say Touché’s blankets are not simply products; they are "textile canvases" woven with hues, emotions, and rhythms—thread by thread. Visitors encounter the works not only visually but also through touch and spatial experience.
This collaboration presents original artworks alongside their woven counterparts or as complete lifestyle objects, showing how art can be translated and expanded through material and technique. Born at the intersection of art, design, and craft, the project naturally broadens the boundaries of art and proposes a new way of experiencing works as they permeate everyday life. Experience the distinctive worlds of these seven artists as they unfold through the medium of weaving.
Jean Jullien, born in Nantes, France, is an artist who works internationally with Paris as his base. He humorously captures everyday moments and social themes with concise lines and color, expanding his practice across painting, illustration, sculpture, and animation. His originality and wit are widely recognized through exhibitions at museums and collaborations with global brands.
Nicolas Jullien is a sculptor, musician, and video artist who has developed a broad creative practice. Beginning with electronic music composition, he has participated in a variety of projects including soundtracks for film, video, and installation art. More recently, he has presented sculptural works that stimulate not only hearing but also sight and touch. He continues to exhibit with his brother Jean Jullien as "The Jullien Brothers," inspiring one another through joint projects.
Thibaud Hérem is a French artist known for expressing architectural structures, textures, and even surrounding atmospheres with meticulous detail using 0.1mm pen lines. Although his drawings often take the form of flat facades, they convey the tactile qualities of materials and the air of the space. His botanical works similarly reflect a precise yet warm perspective, and his collaborations with global brands such as Hermès are widely recognized.
Based in Paris, Nina Koltchitskaia is an influencer, painter, and photographer whose romantic and dreamlike paintings are deeply loved. She depicts scenes and emotions encountered in her daily life and dreams through color, line, and text.
Wonwoo Lee is an artist who playfully unfolds synesthetic inspirations drawn from life through a variety of media. Working across sculpture, painting, video, and installation, he focuses on introducing variability into existing forms to evoke intangible situations. Lee has participated in exhibitions at institutions such as the Seoul Museum of Art, PKM Gallery, and Art Sonje Center, gaining recognition from art professionals both in Korea and internationally.
Photographer Kigon Kwak is active in the commercial field, producing fashion editorials, album covers, and film posters. He held his solo exhibition "PIECES" in 2019, and has published the photobooks SAND, THAT SUMMER, and in 2025, Lost in Los Angeles. His photography is characterized by intuitive composition and controlled visual structure.
Jiyong Yoon is a versatile photographer working across Korea and abroad. His work spans celebrity portraiture requiring responsiveness and technical precision, fashion editorials reflecting current trends, and beauty photography that highlights subtle effects. His ability to accurately interpret and elevate any concept or subject attracts attention from numerous publications and brands.
